  • Refunds are available within 7 days of project initiation if no development work has commenced
  • Once development begins, refunds are calculated based on work completed
  • Milestone-based projects: Refunds available for uncompleted milestones only
  • Client-requested changes or scope modifications are non-refundable

2.2 Website Development

  • Full refund available within 48 hours of contract signing if no work has started
  • Partial refunds based on completion percentage after work begins
  • Domain and hosting costs are non-refundable

3. IT Hardware Sales

3.1 Hardware Products

  • 30-day return policy for defective or damaged products
  • Products must be in original packaging and condition
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless product is defective
  • Custom-configured hardware may have different return terms

3.2 Support Services

  • Support service fees are non-refundable once services are rendered
  • Unused support hours may be refunded within 90 days
  • Annual support contracts: Pro-rated refunds available

  • Consultation fees are non-refundable after the consultation is completed
